Color Throwdown #54

Hi everyone! LeAnne here, it's my turn to host the Color Throwdown for you this week. I've chosen a unique color combo to pique your creativity--I hope you'll keep an open mind and try it out: Blush Blossom, Really Rust, Basic Gray and Tangerine Tango (or any bright orange--Kisa has Pumpkin Pie listed above). I was inspired by the lovely Basic Grey DP, Ambrosia. Our sponsors this week are Whimsy Stamps:

We are a family owned art stamp company dedicated to providing crafters around the world with whimsical and fun rubber stamp designs. Our exclusive stamps are great for card making, scrap booking, and many other crafting projects. All of our stamps are made from deeply etched rubber, mounted on Cling Cushion Foam, and once trimmed, they are ready to use with an acrylic block. Our stamps can be stored on the laminated card included in our retail packaging. Whimsy Stamps is located in New Hampshire and all of our stamps are manufactured in the United States.

One lucky winner will receive:
Animal Accessories Set 1:

and Whimsy Polar Bear:
This is our first challenge for August and I have the privilege of introducing our newest Guest Designer, Sylvia Nelson! We look forward to seeing what Sylvia creates for us this month. We would love to see your creations, too, and remember, if you don't have the exact colors, feel free to substitute something similar. The keyword this week is CTD54-make sure you use it when you upload to any public gallery so that we can see how you've interpreted the colors this week. Use Mr. Linky below to link us directly to your post-not just your blog...so that you can be in the running for next week's Featured Stamper. Who knows, you may be chosen as our October Guest Designer! So put your creative thinking caps on and get stamping!!

Tammy Hershberger - Stamp Happy

these colors worked out perfectly for my card, I didn't think I'd get the pink in, but it was in the paper so the ribbon worked out.

I love how some of the DT have used the BG Ambrosia papers. I have such a hard time with them. Maybe I will give your color challenge a try!

I wanted to add that I heard about your color challenge through my amazing friend, Elise (mamacow).
